The staff helped with a difficult reservation. The doorman provided secure entry. They noted my name. They secured a new battery pack for me.
There was no elevator access to upper floors.

The room was modern and had a lot of space. the staff was friendly. housekeeping was amazing. I thank jaqueline for that.
The hotel design includes an open staircase leading from the entrance to the bedrooms. this creates a noise issue. the doorman attends to the door 24/7. Guests ring the doorbell at all hours. this woke me up .

wonderful stay
central locationgreat bed
the location was great. it was near many restaurants, so walking around was simple. the hotel is very quiet. even though the area is busy, it is easy to sleep well. the beds are great (i really appreciated them!).

the rooftop terrace offers a beautiful space to relax. dinner is available there (it's a very special experience). this area enhances the stay.
